The Lost Buoy Title Card

“The Lost Buoy” is an animated short film created by PJ Liguori about a cute buoy that travels across the ocean and makes a few friends along the way. PJ asked me to design a wordmark that matched the energy of the short film.

An existing typeface wouldn't do it justice, so we opted for custom type!

The short film won Excellence in Sound & Score at Buffer Festival in Toronto in 2022.
